Each year we rely on sponsors to support our auction. Being a sponsor is a great way to show your support for the school and to advertise your business. Below are the levels of sponsorship available for the 2012 Auction.
Sponsorship Packages
Platinum Sponsor – $10,000
- Priority seating for a table of 10 at the Gala Auction
- Acknowledgement on the Gala Auction invitations
- Recognition during the Auction, on the website, on printed material and reusable shopping tote
- Full page color ad in the Gala Auction catalog
- Premium wines served at your table the night of the Auction
- Five rooms at the Hotel Bellwether the night of the Auction
- Private sponsors’ brunch the morning after the event
Gold Sponsor – $6,000
- Priority seating for a table of 10 at the Gala Auction
- Recognition during the Auction, on the website, on printed material and reusable shopping tote
- Full page color ad in the Gala Auction catalog
- Select wines served at your table the night of the Auction
- Two rooms at the Hotel Bellwether the night of the Auction Gala
- Private sponsors’ brunch the morning after the event
Silver Sponsor – $3,000
- Priority seating for a table of 10 at the Gala Auction
- Recognition during the Auction, on the website, on printed material and reusable shopping tote
- Half page color ad in the Gala Auction catalog
- Select wines served at your table the night of the Auction
- One room at the Hotel Bellwether the night of the Auction Gala
- Private sponsors’ brunch the morning after the event
Table Host Sponsor – $1,500
- A table of 10 at the Gala Auction
- Half page black and white ad in the Gala Auction catalog

Underwriting
Underwriting is a great way to help us cover the expenses of the auction and ensure that all the money raised at the Gala will go directly to the school and benefit our children! Below we have listed some of the expenses incurred for this great event. These are just suggestions and any amount is graciously accepted. Remember all donations are tax deductible. Thanks for your support!
Silent Auction Items $100 – $500
Let us do the work for you – you supply a cash donation and we will buy a silent auction item for you. It could be a wide variety of items from rare bottles of wine, themed baskets, spa packages etc. By underwriting the cost of the item we will give you or your business credit for the donation and your name will be recognized on the item bid sheet as well as in the auction catalog.
Decorations, Sound and Lighting $250 – $750
Your contribution will help transform the ballroom into an elegant affair! You or your business will be recognized in the auction catalog and the website.
Live Auction Items $1,000 and up
Underwrite a fabulous item to be auctioned off in the live auction! We have lots of great ideas to put a live auction package together for you from trips to parties to unique experiences! The ideas are endless…. You will be recognized as the donor of this great item by the auctioneer during the live portion as well as in our catalog and website
Catering – $5,000
Help us cover the cost of the incredible dinner provided by the Bellwether Hotel. You will be recognized by the auctioneer during dinner as well as in the catalog and website.

Catalog Advertising
Support the Saluté Gala Wine Auction by advertising in the Auction Catalog. It will be a “must read” for everyone of the event attendees.
100% of the proceeds of advertising sales will go towards educational opportunities for the children at the St. Paul’s Academy.
Please submit artwork as a press-ready pdf or jpg file 300 dpi to auction@sp-academy.org or on a disk to Heather Kahn at 360-223-0254. Materials must be submitted no later than December 1, 2011.
